Yesterday’s medicine session, the third and final of our series together with Yuri – once again, these sessions are very deep and powerful as they combine intensive breath work with provocative and enthralling music and also of course the sacred “entheogen” integration of the plant medicine. I just had the opportunity to experience an amazing breathwork session with Coach Yuri. When I arrived, I was feeling a lot of stress and anxiety. After we spoke for a few moments, she really tuned in to what I needed and guided me through a wonderful breathwork technique that helped me feel calm and relaxed. My stress levels dropped significantly.
