I just had the opportunity to experience an amazing breathwork session with Coach Yuri. When I arrived, I was feeling a lot of stress and anxiety. After we spoke for a few moments, she really tuned in to what I needed and guided me through a wonderful breathwork technique that helped me feel calm and relaxed. My stress levels dropped significantly.

I highly recommend Yuri — she’s amazing. She has such a beautiful, caring soul and creates a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable and able to fully engage in the process. I truly encourage anyone to go work with her.

Before the ceremony, I was so upset with myself. I carried shame and judgement towards myself and I knew this was only hurting myself. For a long time, I was upset about my actions and self betrayal. I processed it logically but my body was still holding on to the pain and shame. With the help of the medicine, the music, and the love around me, I released all that I had been holding on to for months! The music brought me to tears several times. It was exactly what I needed to remember the beauty of life and the beauty within. Thank you again for holding a beautiful space for us to feel, connect, and release.
