We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, a gentle plant medicine known for supporting emotional openness and grounding. From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound journey using crystal bowls, tuning forks, and soothing live music vibrations designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and encourage inner balance.

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that will help you feel comfortable while lying down and receiving sound.

This experience is open to all levels of meditation and wellness seekers. Come as you are and allow yourself to unwind, receive, and reconnect.
