Led by Kelly, this session offers a supportive space to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore self compassion through mindful movement and intentional reflection.
Together we will focus on opening the heart, releasing stress, and setting intentions for abundance. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced in meditation, this evening is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
