Join us for Sonoma Neural Breathwork, a restorative 2.5 hour experience combining guided breathwork with immersive sound therapy.
This session is designed to help support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to your body and breath. Through intentional breathing practices and soothing sound frequencies, participants may experience stress relief, relaxation, emotional processing, clarity, and a renewed sense of inner calm.
No prior breathwork experience is needed. Please arrive with an open mind and give yourself space to set a clear intention for the session.
