Where is Valley Care Wellness Center located?

We are based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. You can find directions, hours, and contact information on our Contact page.

For classes and events, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. The juice bar is open for walk-ins during regular business hours.

Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open heart. For yoga or breathwork, bring your own mat if you have one though we have extras available.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

Members receive unlimited classes, discounts on juice bar items, free or discounted event tickets, and special perks depending on the membership tier.

Yes. Memberships can be canceled anytime, and we can work with you if you need to pause temporarily.

Yes. Our Duo Membership is designed for two people and includes all the benefits of an Individual Membership.

I’m new to yoga and breathwork. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. All of our classes are beginner-friendly, and facilitators offer modifications so you can move at your own pace.

Once you book online, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a digital ticket with a QR code. Simply scan at the front desk when you arrive.

These are immersive experiences designed to relax the mind and body through sound and vibration. Many guests describe them as deeply calming and restorative.

Can I customize my juice order?

Yes! You can build your own juice with up to four ingredients, and add extra ingredients or boosters if you’d like.

Yes, we use primarily organic, fresh ingredients for all juices, teas, and meal kits.

Yes. Members receive a discount off all juice bar products.

What is breathwork, and what are its benefits?

Breathwork is a guided practice of intentional breathing techniques. It can reduce stress, release stored emotions, improve focus, and create a sense of clarity and connection.

Yes. Our facilitators guide you through the process safely and gently. Ice baths can support circulation, resilience, and stress management.

Not at all. Our guided meditations are accessible to everyone, whether you are brand new or have been practicing for years.
