Join us for a deeply restorative Sonoma Neural Breathwork session combined with immersive sound therapy.

This 2 hour experience is designed to help regulate your nervous system, release stored emotional tension, and bring your body into a state of calm and balance.

Through guided breathwork techniques and soothing sound frequencies, you may experience:

  • Emotional release and trauma processing
  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Improved sleep and relaxation
  • A deeper connection to your body and breath

No prior experience is needed. Just bring a yoga mat, blanket, and an open mind.
