“What is Kundalini Yoga?
Known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is a comprehensive technology that combines precise kriyas, meditations, breathwork, relaxation, and mantra. These practices are designed to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, cultivate self-awareness, and help individuals navigate life with greater resilience, clarity, and purpose.”
