I’ve always had a passion for helping people out. My first job at 18 was in parks and recreation where I learned one of the biggest lessons in my life from Mrs. Christa Wohlgemuth. She sat the kids down every morning and went over announcements and class rules. She always finished the talk reminding the kids “And what’s the most important rule of Summer Rec?” she would ask. And the kids would chant back “To Help Each-Other Out!”
I stand by this Golden Rule of helping each other out and have sought out ways to help both my community and myself out through the years. I worked in Behavioral Health with both children and adults for more than 10 years and climbed the corporate ladder all the way to a Care Coordinator for several Medicaid Insurance companies. I left that world because I knew I had to spread the message of more powerful and surefire ways for people to improve their mental and physical health. I too had endured several injuries and have been on a quest to heal myself and others.
My background also comes from years of studies in Sanatana Dharma, intense Crossfit Training and my Breathwork Certification from Mr. Kenneth Pintor and his wife Leela of Sacred Soma. I graciously provide a mixture of these techniques at MTTI into my Breathwork program and aim to fire people up about Life!
The Breath-Work culminates to bring the participant to a highly oxygenated state of mind, where they can see their existence from a bird’s eye point of view. This can be very helpful to problem solve and possibly make changes in all aspects of life by powerfully breathing through their current situations at such a high vantage point during the breathing session. The breath goes to where it needs to go and can assist in a various physical and mental health challenges.
I hope to help as many people as possible and allow the breath to flow to all those who need it. It’s extremely empowering that we have a healing modality available to use that is In The Air! Healing Is Possible and life can be Extremely Good. This is one more modality that I offer to the beautiful Las Cruces community for people to get themselves to where they want to be. We’ve got a limited amount of time in this life on this earth. I intend to make these moments as impactful, meaningful and as fun that they can be. Come on out to my breathwork sessions and Let’s Breath In All the Goodness!
