Kelly White is a yoga teacher who helps people reconnect with themselves by bringing the mind, body, and spirit back into harmony. This daily practice is a slow, grounded flow inspired by the strength and structure of the Bikyasa sequence, softened into a pace that is gentle, mindful, and accessible for every body. You will be guided through intentional breathwork, slow and steady transitions, and simplified postures designed to build awareness and reconnect you to your body.
